Professional Services (hourly)
- Review of Records
- Preparation of Report
- Attorney Meetings
- Teleconferences
- Travel time to other destinations
$750 (per hour)
All services requested must be confirmed with a cover letter.
Reports are normally completed within 15-30 calendar days.
Deposition
$1,000 (first hour)
$500.00 (each additional ½ hour)
Minimum 1 hour will be charged. Failure to show or cancel in advance will be billed at a 1-hour minimum
Arbitration / Court Testimony
$4,000.00 (1/2 day)
$7,500.00 (full day)
Half day: Full payment is required one calendar week prior to date of service
Full day: $4,000 retainer required one calender week prior to date of service
